I'd guess SIZET_FMT isn't being set right by configure. LINK tests
should be avoided in configure, as this test fails on Ubuntu Edgy and
Darwin. I think the best fix is to rewrite the configure test. Anyway,
what is SIZET_FMT in config.h set too ?
