I actually think the wiki page is not complete yet, as "removed from
timeline control" is not considered at all, and we're just considering
"timeline" vs. "script" and "static" vs. "dynamic" depth ranges.

"removed from timeline control" are those instances that get transformed
by actionscript. Those should get special threatment (maybe we'd set
their TimelineInfo pointer to NULL ?).
