Of course it wouldn't be able to decode imanges (embedded and dynamically
loaded) but if a setup is intended to specifically run a known set of movies
w/out jpegs in it, don't see why not building w/out jpeg lib.
I guess it is broken, but patches to fix it would likely be applied.
