  The 0.8.5 sources you used are years out of date you'll have better
luck using the latest release of 0.8.7. It also helps to let us know
what the base platform (cpu - distribution) is, I do see arm-linux
buried in here. When using --with-top-level=, you don't need all the

  Yes, you don't need docbook, we include preformatted versions of all
the manuals.
