Yesterday I built new debs for a variety of Ubuntu and Debian
releases, you can install those snapshots from master using this
information: http://www.getgnash.org/packages/
As far as an official release, ie... 0.8.10, that has no schedule.
I've got a few things I'm working on now I'd prefer to finish before a
release. I don't think anyone else has any new development that I'd be
waiting for to do the release. Off the top of my head, maybe in January
sometime. It's entirely likely that the next release will be the last
one for a long time...
