I am not getting any acknowlegement from gnats.
However I am getting the a copy of the pr forwared to the gnats-admin,
and a job number assigned OK.
ACKNOWLEDGE is set to '1' in the Makefile and the config file.

What conditions have to be met before gnats can do acknowlegement emails?
