When downloading Gnatsweb attachments, Internet Explorer 5.5 tries to save the
attachment under the name of the gnatsweb script name, usually "gnatsweb.pl".
This is due to MSIE's inability to handle the "Content-Disposition: attachment"
header. It needs "Content-Disposition: file" in order to work.
