>Description:
The responsible field is incorrectly displayed in query results when the 
contents do not exactly match an entry in the responsible field. The 
responsible column then contains the last person in the responsible file. This 
is not the case with gnatsweb 2.9.3. This is probably the same bug as reported 
in PR 195.

Example: Many old PRs have the full name in parentheses after the user name in 
the responsible field, e.g.
    gnats-admin (GNATS administrator)
Gnatsweb 2.9.3 correctly displays gnats-admin in query results, whereas 
gnatsweb 4 beta does not.
