This is fairly easily tunable in the mail-format section of the dbconfig 
file. Do note however that there is no way to copy people on ALL changes to 
a PR, only changes that lead to a new audit-trail entry being added will 
generate notification mail. The ability to copy people on all changes to a 
PR is a requested feature which may be implemented in the future.

Anyway, you should consider trying out beta 2 which is available now. I am 
not sure if the default setting for this in dbconfig was changed for beta 
2, but you should anyway upgrade
