When a user logs in and create a problem report, he has to select submitter-ID, 
for example there are a list of users in submitter file.  Since it is a drop 
down menu, the login user can select other user as submitter-id.  To avoid this 
when logging in, submitter-id should be automatically select his name but it 
should not be drop down menu.  Since i am only a user, can you change the code 
to fix this issue.
