Hi There,
I am using gNewSense 3.1 updated to latest with secondary repos.
In emacs when I hit "C-h g" I should be getting the "The GNU Project"
article displayed (copy here:
https://www.gnu.org/gnu/thegnuproject.html) but instead of "The GNU
Project" I got this message in my face:
-----------------------------------------------------------
The file that would normally be displayed here (THE-GNU-PROJECT) has been moved
to the emacs23-common-non-dfsg package because its
license does not appear to be compatible with the Debian Free Software
Guidelines (DFSG). Please see
/usr/share/doc/emacs23-common/copyright for more
information.
Please install THE-GNU-PROJECT from Debian's non-free distribution if you would
like for Emacs to display the original file.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Is this the right approach ?
Many years back I came to know about GNU through same keystroke of
emacs when I thought I bought Red Hat Linux Bible book. And I have
hooked onto GNU since then. I hate to see it is not there. This should
be filed as a bug ?
