Welcome to the gNewSense community, Fernando.
There are many things you can do.
At first you should think about your experiences and skills (like
programming or translating) and of course what you would like to do.
And then you might want to look here[1].
I recommend you to start with translating the website and/or
writing/translating documentation.
You could also search for bugs or help with packaging.
You could also read this thread[2].
I hope that gave you an overview of what you can do.
