Thanks for the suggestion.  There are several possible improvements to
be made here, but the first thing to do is for KFV Mode to no longer
assume everything is done.  Unless anyone has a better idea, what I can
do is just make the program treat the default "?" for a license as
meaning that a file entry is not yet done.

I will post a new version hopefully today.
