Well that was simple enough.
The packages you'll need are gnash-common, gnash_0.8.4, and
mozilla-plugin-gnash, unless you use Konqueror (I don't believe you do
based on your other postings).
gnash-common removed mozilla-plugin-gnash, which i had apparentlly downloaded previously, and mozilla-plugin-gnash wouldn't reload, citing some dependencies errors. net result - trying to watch a youtube flick froze icecat as usual, but also semi-froze the mouse. i had to restart the laptop.
guess i'll try the next email's advice. thanks.
