Conclusion: I found files that (in my opinion) may be non-free:

Can you say why you think the licence is non-free?

gNewSense have taken a laid-back approach with regards to the original Artistic License ([1], [2]), but it has been deemed non-free by the FSF. So I think we should remove those packages and ask the copyright holders to consider changing the license.

Those files pdftk uses have the following statement:

 * This software is the confidential and proprietary information
 * of Sun Microsystems, Inc. ("Confidential Information"). You
 * shall not disclose such Confidential Information and shall use
 * it only in accordance with the terms of the license agreement
 * you entered into with Sun.

Looks non-free to me, especially because I can't find that license agreement it speaks of anywhere in the source package.

( Artistic License ).

2º -> http://archive.gnewsense.org/gnewsense/pool/universe/p/pdftk/
( Sun Confidential Code )
( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=236309 ) 2.1º ->
com/lowagie/text/pdf/codec/postscript/PACommand.java 2.2º ->
com/lowagie/text/pdf/codec/postscript/PAContext.java 2.3º ->
com/lowagie/text/pdf/codec/postscript/PAEngine.java 2.4º ->
com/lowagie/text/pdf/codec/postscript/PAPencil.java 2.5º ->
com/lowagie/text/pdf/codec/postscript/PAToken.java 2.6º ->

3º -> http://archive.gnewsense.org/gnewsense/pool/universe/r/rman/

And or file bugs against the correct packages.

For some reason Marco can't log in to bugs.gnewsense.org, so I'll create the bug reports.
