Using the instructions at
http://wiki.gnewsense.org/Projects/GNewSenseToMIPS
which uses files at
http://archive.gnewsense.org/gnewsense-metad/installer/current/mipsel/loongson/netboot/
to install gNewSense on Lemote Yeeloong 8101B fails at the (preseeded)
choosing a mirror stage with:

[!!] Choose a mirror of the Debian archive
                                          Architecture not supported
The specified Debian archive mirror does not seem to support your architecture.
Please try a different mirror.

There is not a 'Release' file at
http://archive.gnewsense.org/gnewsense-metad/gnewsense/dists/stable/main/binary-mipsel/
The Debian equivalent is
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/squeeze/main/binary-mipsel/
which has a 'Release' file.

I would very much like to have gNewSense installed on the Lemote so
what can I do?

The latest files in
http://archive.gnewsense.org/gnewsense-metad/installer/current/mipsel/loongson/netboot/
are from November 2010. Do they need updating?

I've submitted a bug report (though the formatting is mashed, web form
bug submission not so good):
"bug #32851, Lemote (mipsel) install fails with "Architecture not
supported"." <https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?32851>

Also, I am involved with Software Freedom Day
<http://www.softwarefreedomday.org/> and would very much like to have
gNewSense recommended and distributed as part the event but this and
other repository issues make it hard to do so.

Regards,
Mike.
