Log message:
        Fix a number of bugs in the vcard parsing:
        - when reading the vcard from a filedescriptor, don't forget the 
linefeeds
        - \r\n is the usual linefeed, look for a space after the linefeeds to 
fold
        - don't double the number of lines read
