The work on gnokii development consists of two parts:
1. reverse engineering work
2. actual coding

The first part means you need to know the frames that should be sent to
the phone to execute the certain action. This may be done in a couple of
ways. First, you can search the internet (google is your friend) to find
the valid tdma frames. Then, you may sniff the windows software to see
these frames. And also you may send the "random" frames to see how it
works.

There are some TDMA sites and they will be a good start.

It would be good when you understand the gnokii code. It would let you to
find out the problems you get when communicating with the phone. You are
welcome to #gnokii/OPN where we can answer your questions in the real
time.
