[patch] add 6360 info

Greetings.

Please find attached a small patch against 0.5.0pre9 which adds the
info for the 6360 as outlined by Pawel last September.  I see that it still
isn't in the source, but works here (well, xgnokii doesn't really, but CLI
does fine).

Also, on the same phone:

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this message from xgnokii?  Here's the error:

This shows up after clicking the "Read from phone" button in the "contacts"
window, and the "phone memory" progress bar moves a bit to the right
(10%?).  No contacts are displayed.
