Fixes in CVS and upcoming gnokii 0.5.0rc1

Hi,

There are some new fixes in CVS. There were reports of phones using nk7110
driver failing to initialize with DLR3p cable and the terminal then was
unusable. That was silly bug introduced during Bluetooth hacking. Sorry
for that. It is just fixed in CVS. I'll make it rc1 tonight.

And a small warning. If you have DLR3(P) cable and Nokia 6310 *always* use
connection=dlr3p and *NOT* connection=serial in gnokiirc. I just caused my
laptop to reboot using such settings. Will look deeper into this issue.
