dtl4 and gnokii

I still have same system lock up problem with my n6310i + dtl4 + gnokii 
connection.

Few minutes after first sms read operation, I got following messages to 
kernel log and right after system lock up:

dtl1_cs: RLSI
dtl1_cs: Unknown HCI packet with type 0x00 received.
dtl1_cs: Unknown HCI packet with type 0x0b received.
dtl1_cs: Unknown HCI packet with type 0x13 received.
dtl1_cs: Unknown HCI packet with type 0x13 received.
dtl1_cs: Unknown HCI packet with type 0x02 received.

Are these sent by gnokii or phone?
Can some one notice those packets?
Why they crash my perfect linux box ;)

ps. I still think this is gnokii related, because using ssh thru rfcommd 
+ dtl4 + n6310i work fine for hours (still... problem may be in dtl1_cs 
code)
