Ok, the fixes committed into the cvs version. Please checkout the
cvs version and test it again (don't forget to follow the INSTALL file).

Fixing the continous location busy messages isn't easy. Please use the
--overwrite option or flush the used entries first.

You can use model = 3390 if you are using the cvs version :-)

It seems it will work (the initialisation sequence completed and the
phone responds to the getphonebook message).
