Yes, I've managed to compile the Gnokii pakage and it seems to be working

Thanks for spotting this out. readmidi.c is a quite new addon in libgnokii.
I modified the cvs tree, so it will be fixed in the next version.
After adding it, only some 'unreferenced local variable' warning are
left (so it did compile).
It seems harmless. Are you managed to compile gnokii.exe? Is it working
