Telephone interface init failed: Command timed out

Hi
Please find the attached config file.
I tried with option

1) Serial
It keeps giving message:

"The fbus stream is out of sync - expected 0x0c, got 
0"
Though it shows few messages received

2) M2Bus

It says phone not ready?

3) Irda
Shows connection successful but again shows the
message 
"The fbus stream is out of sync - expected 0x0c, got 
0"

so nothing seems to be working
