Assuming you use Linux. You need to make your OS support the cable. The
module is called pl2303 or so. As the Linux setup is done, you use simple
 - model = AT, or model = 6100
 - connection = cable
 - port = /dev/ttyUSB0 (or similiar, refer to Linux documentation for the
You might need to hack a source a bit: 6100 has problems with gnokii-irda
connection and thus it is disabled after detection. No such problems are
known with the cable connection, but you need to comment out the code. The
problems touch only model = 6100 configuration.
