problem sending UTF8 SMS under Windows?

Hi all,

 

   Could anyone please tell me how to send a SMS using the content of a UTF-8 encoded text file under Windows XP using gnokii ? Under "cmd", I tried

"gnokii --sendsms <MyTargetNo> < smsmsg-utf8.txt"

but all the chinese characters inside the smsmsg-utf8.txt become a mess. Under linux I got no problem, but why not under Windoz ?
