Correct. There is no Gnokii IrDA-driver. We still need to support IrDA in the application as the phone expects the traffic to be IrDA.

Winsock2 is ok. Are you sure you have the correct Com-port? If your PC has one physical port, it is highly likely the Com1. So any software ports are probably on a higher numbers. The one in my PC is Com5.
