Call notification patches for AT driver

Heya,

Braindump, compiles and works (and depends on my user_data changes).

This add +CLIP notification support (delay RING until we get the +CLIP
extended info), and +CLCC notifications (not tested, Nokia phones don't
support it, Motorola phones should).

I'll need to implement AT+CPAS to list calls with GN_OP_GetActiveCalls.
