Hi Pawel,

I played a bit with device refactoring and I'd like to point you
to my 'preview' branch:
https://github.com/3x380V/gnokii/commits/preview

I tried to make commits review friendly. There are still some
rough edges, but I guess cleanup patches are safe to merge
(up to 'devices: remove obsolete with_hw_handshake').
So if you wish pull request, I'll happily do so.

Compile and runtime tested on Linux only, OSX certainly
does not build. Help with osxbluetooth.m appreciated.
