No, there was definately a way to tag directories so you didn't have to
do a `tla move' when you moved them.
Directories are `tagged' by the existence of a .arch-ids/=id file within
them, so you can move the directory and it `just works'. It's only
explicitly tagged _files_ that need a `tla move'.
Ok, and I create .arch-ids/=id file by doing "tla add"?
