[Gnu-arch-users] ArchNotify supybot plugin

I really like the #commits IRC channel on freenode, but its bot doesn't
support arch.  One of my friends is the main author of Supybot
(http://supybot.sf.net), and so I thought I'd write a little plugin for
it that notifies whenever there are changes commited to an arch archive.

So here it is, in case anyone else is interested.  The output looks like
this:

<Rhythmbot> Revision: address@hidden/rhythmbox--mainline--1.0--patch-67
<Rhythmbot> Summary: update ChangeLog
