[Gnu-arch-users] problem with archive mirror

I have just created a remote mirror of a local archive using 
tla make-archive --mirror address@hidden
'ftp://user:address@hidden/home/billp/{archives}/jcr'

but when I try archive-mirror

tla archive-mirror address@hidden

I get the following error:-

pfs_archive_vesion: unidentifiable archive
(address@hidden)

The code where the error comes from is not clear.

I am using tla-1.1 updated this morning.
