Is there any reason we couldn't move the build config logic completely
out of arch?
I.e. rather than tla buildcfg, cm build ?
And in the config files, change:
./software address@hidden/dists--devo--3.0
to
./software arch://address@hidden/dists--devo--3.0
(with an absent protocol defaulting to 'arch')
Thus allowing
./something cvs:address@hidden:/cvsroot/thing -r tag module
I think this would be very useful to:
extract some cruft from the core
generalise the configuration management features
Thoughts?
