I don't, necessarily.  However, if you look at the post where I
introduced the word "risk", you'll see I also mentioned a setup where
a server used an environment variable to change permissions according
to the ssh key used to login.  In that context, there certainly _is_
risk that an inexperienced admin might try to implement a subsystem
with a wrapper script that does unsafe things.

I suspect you undervalue the amount of specialized knowledge you have.
It is quite obvious to me from the discussion from several people that
very few, if any, of them understand the issues as well as you and Tom
do.  I'm not one of the "knowledgable".  For example, I can understand
obiter dicta like "Leave permissions to the filesystem" in context,
but I did not see the application here in advance.
