This should work: Copy and paste the text beween <patch> and </patch>
into a file called patch.diff. Place this file into the src/tla/libarch
directory and run patch -i patch.diff in Cygwin.

If it fails, go to (roughly) line 548 and look for
         if (!emitted_method)
           safe_printfmt (out_fd, "%s\n", method_name);
then insert the lines marked with "+" right after it.
