[Gnu-arch-users] bug or feature? file in changes, not in inventory

When I delete a file from my working dir I noticed it did not show up
in my GUI app.
The problem is that I assumed that the values returned from
    tla inventory --all
would be the whole set, and
    tla changes
will only show files as a subset from the first.


I'm curious if this is by design; since it seems strange to me..
