    add -C option to abrowse to show cached revisions
 
I still occasionally add cacherevs manually, and it's handy to do a
quick tla abrowse -C to see when the last cacherev was.  It should also
be pretty easy to build a cron job on top of this to automatically
add/remove cacherevs.
