Hello,

I have done few small fixes in address@hidden/tla-contrib--bulb--1.2.

  * Fixed cvs-sync-inventory (bad commands, leftover from my old
    script).
  * echo -n in init-tree is bad nop, as it prints -n in ash. Replaced
    with : (built-in true)
  * tag-this calls aba tree-revision instead of tla tree-version. This
    is so that you tag only the revision that is actualy checked out in
    the working tree.
  * cdiff command. It is implemented in perl. It does the same as diff,
    but colorizes the diff and adds diffstat output at the end.

Please review and merge.
