After some consideration of different tagging schemes, this is what I
ended up with.

It looks a bit strange though to have a lot of branches with base-0 only
revision. And tag is a pretty expensive operation for the large trees.

I think, a "tla tag" option that disables cacherev may be useful to save
disk space.

Two quick things:

1. The initial cacherev *only* happens when tagging across different archives (rationale: doing this makes the target independent of the source archive)

2. There is an option to prevent that: --no-cacherev
