Not that the fact that an entity is run democratically in accordance
with a constitution necessarily precludes the uncool piling up of
other things allegedly under said entity's control, of course.
q.v. Debian's new-maintainers fiasco of a year or two back, the USA's
nuclear arsenal, UK trains (quite literally on occasion), the M25...
