Check the permissions on the archive -- that error suggests tla was
unable to move the ++revision-lock directory from patch-4 (maybe
patch-5?) to the parent directory, xmldoom--mainline--0.0. If you
have more than one user committing to the archive, they absolutely
*must* *all* have umask 002 and have the version directory
(${archive}/xmldoom/xmldoom--mainline/xmldoom--mainline--0.0) setgid
and owned by a common group -- or, if the filesystem supports it, you
can use ACLs to ensure all users can read and write the directory and
its children.
