The file
~/.arch-params/log-headers
should a list of the form:
((<pattern> <header>)
(<pattern> <header>)
...)
Each pattern is a package-name pattern. When an empty log file is
created for any revision that matches one of the patterns, the
corresponding header is inserted into the message.
(There should probably be an escape syntax in headers and a way
to compute some headers on-demand.)
