Hmm, the main problem I see with this is that accidents bloat and
obfuscate your changesets: in one changeset the deleted file will be
archived in full, and once the mistake is corrected, the file will be
archived in full again, in a different place, and possibly different in
content, hiding the actual modification. Let the user beware, I suppose.

That's a good point, but it relies on the user realizing there's a move
in there. So the flag could be useful for some people in some situations.
Running changes before committing is usually a good idea too ;-)
