IIRC the bug means "I can't find the changelogs". The changelogs live in
directory:
{arch}/upwatch/upwatch--mainline/upwatch--mainline--0.97/address@hidden/patch-log/
in the working directory and should be named base-0, patch-1 ...
patch-5.

As a sanity check, look if those files exist and are readable by tla.

You should also try the command:
tla logs -f
and it should print:
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--base-0
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--patch-1
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--patch-2
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--patch-3
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--patch-4
address@hidden/upwatch--mainline--0.97--patch-5
