[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] make-archive keeps relative paths

If you try to make an archive using tla make-archive with an archive
argument using a relative path name for the location, tla stores the
relative path in .arch-params/=locations instead of the absolute path.
This causes problems when source is not in the same directory as the
shell was when make-archive was called.

To reproduce:

    tla make-archive address@hidden ./junk

inside your {archive} directory and then try doing stuff with the
address@hidden archive without much luck.
