[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] cat-log -d option no longer works

Having merged from jblack's 1.3 branch, I notice that the cat-log `-d DIR'
(cd to DIR before operating) option no longer works; previously, you used
to be able to do:

   (cd /tmp; tla cat-log -d $REAL_HONEST_TO_GOD_ARCH_DIR ...)

But now it just gives a bogus error:

cat-log: not in a project tree
     dir: /usr/tmp

A zen-buddhist walked into a pizza shop and
said, "Make me one with everything."
