Having merged from jblack's 1.3 branch, I notice that the cat-log `-d DIR'
(cd to DIR before operating) option no longer works; previously, you used
to be able to do:
(cd /tmp; tla cat-log -d $REAL_HONEST_TO_GOD_ARCH_DIR ...)
But now it just gives a bogus error:
cat-log: not in a project tree
dir: /usr/tmp
