Is this intentional? If so, the error message should be more explicit.
Otherwise, ... well, there's a bug ;-) !

I don't think you are supposed to "add" anything inside of {arch}. If
there is a file in {arch} it is automatically added.

I did my own test with 1.2.2rc1, same tla --version as what you have.

And I do not have an {arch}/.arch-ids/=partner-versions.id

But everything else seems to work fine.

I think if you go in and remove that file, everything should be okay.

PS> I just started using 1.2.2rc1, so far, no problems, but I'm not
testing it terribly hard yet.
