apply-changeset output a strange message when I omit the target
directory.

$ tla-1.2.1 undo
* linting the source tree
* reverting changes
M   README

$ tla-1.2.1 apply-changeset ,,undo-1
Error encountered accessing directory (Bad address)
Path: (null)
M   README

Either apply-changeset work with the current directory (.) so it must
not print this error message.
Or it doesn't validate correctly command line arguments and it's a bug.
