Apparently the problem occurs when applying the changeset for version-0.

Please confirm the problem also appears with
        % tla get freebsdutils--main--15--patch-7 portindex
        % cd portindex
        % tla get-changeset freebsdutils--main--15--patch-7 ,cset
        % tla apply-changeset ,cset .

If yes, then we have isolated the problem. Please run the "apply-
changeset" with strace so we can have an idea of what is going on and
compare it with a sane run.
