I'm interested in how to set the defaults for what appears in
"=tagging-method" when a new project is created. I checked the
documentation, the wiki and Google and couldn't find an answer for this.

What I found was "tla id-tagging-defaults". It shows me the defaults,
but is "read-only". It doesn't provide a way to set it.

I expected that something like this might be be a possibility:

However, I couldn't find any documentation to support that such a
feature existed.

Here's my "use case": I use tla exclusively for Perl development now,
so there are specific extra bits I'd like to add to the junk RE by

Here's a related idea: The "=tagging-method" file is created by
"init-tree", right? (The tla help doesn't confirm this). Perhaps there
could be an option there to provide a hint about kind of project you are
creating, like:

tla init-tree --type perl

This hint could cause a smarter "junk" RE to be chosen for the default.
